The Tirs Method (thermo hydro reflex stimulating) is based on a process that sees training as a crucial point: hydrotherapy, vertical massage and thermography need to be understood before being used. The Peron family offers e-learning training, virtual classrooms, consultancy and coaching to all those who choose the Tirs Method.
The theory: the explanation of the method
Having a guarantee and scientifically proven results is what the Tirs Method offers with training. The theory lessons range from the concepts that are the basis of the invention of the Tirs Method, to the history of the birth of the idea and its inventor, passing through the concepts at the basis of physiology, up to the anatomical study of systems involved in the treatment. Inside the lessons, included in the e-learning platform (accessible only with a password) called Tirs Accademy, there are practical examples, explanatory slides and anatomical explanations through digital supports of 3D anatomy.
The technique
The training path, dedicated to the preparation of the professional figures who will operate with the Tirs Method, is detailed in a "board plan". The plan includes e-learning training, virtual classrooms, study days, practice section and coaching.
The e-learning platform
A training that does not require travel, expenditure of energy and time, which gives the possibility to dissect topics without time limits, always having it available at any time. Metodo Tirs has chosen e-learning training to allow everyone to evolve with the new process at any time and with the possibility of using it also to train additional staff.
Divided into sections and topics, online training is divided into named and described video courses, so that they can be consulted quickly.
The Facebook group
Tirs Method uses closed Facebook groups dedicated only to operators in the sector (in 2023 there are over 1,200 registered operators): used for comparison and professional growth, the virtual classrooms are created to explore specific topics.
Study days
The possibility of organizing study days: training becomes in-person to allow operators to learn practical methodologies and try with the teaching staff alongside.
The practical section
Practice can also be seen remotely: Metodo Tirs includes a practical e-learning section in which the teaching operator and the model are filmed from two different angles to allow the focus on the work done. Divided into sections, the part dedicated to practice is divided by treatment area or by work protocol.
Teaching operators of training
The teaching staff of the online training is the greatest expert of the Tirs Method: creators of the method, the teachers are those who have always used the machine, thermography and analysed the results.
